The Arcadia Rotary Club, under the leadership of President Kevin Kovaleski, is growing and thriving at their new location, The Henry, at 44th Street and Camelback. Once a month they also have a social gathering at a local establishment for a fun evening for members, spouses and guests.
The club recently completed a street and canal clean-up project at 40th and Indian School and is preparing to sort and organize food for the Desert Mission Food Bank. They are also in the midst of a drive to raise money for the purchase of shoes for students in the Phoenix School District.

The Arcadia club’s primary fund raiser is the Parc Walk at the Phoenix Zoo, which occurs annually at the end of April. This year the club anticipates raising $50,000 for distribution to Dementia Friendly Tempe and to the Arizona Rotary Gift of Life.

All this while also having an essay contest on a patriotic theme at Tavar Middle School and providing support for the Rotary Vocational Scholarship Fund.

A lot of good works are being done by the members of the Arcadia Rotary Club – congratulations to their members.
