The Rotary Club of Sun Lakes is proud to announce Bill McCoach as our Rotarian of the Month for October, 2021. Bill has been a Rotarian since 1993 and a member of RCSL since 2016.
Bill has held varied leadership positions in Rotary over the years, such as, Rotary International District Assistant Governor and Club President, including nearly two years as RCSL Club President (2015-17) and Club President in Ohio.
Most recently Bill, a multiple RI Paul Harris recipient, has been active in the following areas: RCSL Membership Committee by conducting exit interviews with members that leave RCSL; organizing ‘Small Groups,’ including Dinner-In/Dinner-Out and Happy Hour Socials; RCSL program speaker; coordinating RCSL Programs/Speakers; organizing RCSL’s ‘Summer Social Event;’ and, helping to develop RCSL weekly newsletters and social media updates.
Per RCSL Club President, Jon Lyons, "Bill has helped me coordinate meeting presentation material, support RCSL ‘Hybrid Meeting’ approach and always has kept a keen eye to advise me on improvement opportunities for RCSL club meetings/events."
Bill, a Sun Lakes resident and retired CFO, is an avid hiker and big baseball fan. He enjoys traveling (land and cruise). RCSL is very fortunate to have Bill McCoach as a member, please join RCSL in congratulating Bill as RCSL Rotarian of the Month for October, 2021.
