The Rotary Foundation has recognized clubs throughout the world that have shown exemplary support of the annual fund and to the End Polio Now campaign during the 2020-21 Rotary year.
 
Clubs recognized for their support will be presented with banners and certificates.
 
In District 5495, 21 clubs are being singled out and recognized for their contributions to the annual fund, and 17 for their support of the End Polio Now campaign.
 
“Top Three Highest Per Capita Annual Giving”
 
The Rotary Club of Superstition Mountain/Apache Junction ranked No. 1 per capita in the district for its contributions to the Annual Fund, followed by The Rotary Club of Tempe Downtown and the Rotary Club of Peoria North.
 
The three clubs are one of only 1,530 clubs worldwide to achieve “Top Three Highest in Per Capita Annual Giving” honors in their district. Only clubs with a minimum $50 Annual Fund per capita contribution are eligible.
 
Seventeen clubs in the district earned “Every Rotarian Every Year” banners. Only 4,000 clubs worldwide attained EREY status. Clubs must have achieved a minimum Annual Fund contribution of $100 per capita with every dues-paying member contributing $25 or more to the Annual fund during the Rotary year.

Nineteen clubs in the district received “100% Foundation Giving Club” banners. Only 4,600 Rotary clubs worldwide received the recognition. Clubs must have achieved an average of $100 in per capita giving an 100 percent participation, with every dues-paying member contributing at least $25 to any or all of the following during the Rotary year: Annual Fund, PolioPlus Fund, approved global grants or Endowment Fund.
