Angel Aguirre, Committe Chair
Valley of the Sun Passport Rotary Club
Angel has held a number of positions in Rotary, both at the Club and District level. She is a past President of the Glendale West Rotary Club (now the Valley of the Sun Passport Rotary Club) and past president of the Peoria Rotary Club. She has served as secretary, public image chair, membership chair, and service project chair. She was an assistant district governor for Rotary District 5490, as well as club visioning facilitator, PETS and RLI facilitator. Additionally, she has served on the education committee for District 5495, since its inception. Angel is also chief of staff for District Governor Bret McKeand (2021-22).

Manny Chazan
Rotary Club of Anthem
Manny is a past president of the Rotary Club of Anthem and served as his club’s Youth Services Representative for the Interact Boulder Creek High School. He is the owner of Work Hard Play Hard Marketing, which specializes in helping clients increase visibility, generate leads and prosper through apparel and promotional products.

John Colucci
Four Peaks Rotary Club
District 5495 AV Coordinator
John is currently a member of the board of directors for the Four Peaks Rotary Club. He currently serves as District 5495 AV coordinator, overseeing audio-visual activities for PETS. Prior to moving to Arizona, he lived in Naperville, IL where he was a member of the Rotary Club of Naperville Sunrise since 1993 (24 years) and served as President and numerous other positions. He was active in District 6450, serving as Assistant Governor, Chair of two district conferences and on numerous district committees. He also served on the 2005 Rotary International Convention (Chicago) HOC as the Information Technology Chair.

Michael Flores
Rotary Club of Gilbert
Michael is currently the president of the Rotary Club of Gilbert. He is actively involved in their local projects, including Feed My Starving Children, Paz De Cristo, the GIlbert City Parade, their dictionary project, Trivia Night, and the Gilbert Barktoberfest event. He served as the club’s Membership Chair and is currently the President Elect for 2021.He has a long career in corporation relations, including public affairs officer and communications officer with the United States Postal Service, and has earned a number of awards for newsletters and video productions. He is the former Postmaster for Denver, Colo., and former USPS District Manager in Fort Worth, Texas.

Larry Horton

District 5495 Governor-Nominee (2022-23)
Larry has held pretty much every office with his club (two-time president, treasurer, secretary, membership chair and current foundation chair.) At the district level, he has been a part of the RYLA Planning Committee, Youth Services Protection Officer and Assistant Governor. He is responsible for creating and conducting the District 5495 Rotary Podcasts available at the district website.

Hannah Mason
Arizona State Rotaract Club
Hannah is the past treasurer and president of the Westwood High School Interact Club. She is the Past Assistant Governor for the Interact District Council. She also served as an Interact Ambassador to Kenya for the Crutches4Africa service project.

Dr. Honora Norton
Rotary Club of Sun Lakes
Dr. Norton is a former board member and Public Relations Chair for the Rotary Club of Scottsdale. She is past president of the Scottsdale Airpark Rotary Club, past District 5510 Assistant Governor and has served on a variety of club and district committees, including the Mexico on-site Polio Immunization Team. She served for four years as the chair of the City of Scottsdale Service Above Self Awards Dinner.
